Views On Top recently had a 15 hour layover in Abu Dhabi and did our best to experience the city. Next stop? the Marina Eye Wheel… with fabulous views over the marina and nearby shopping centre. The rather quirky tower has a cafe at the top but its windows don’t give the best views over the marina…
